Ever since China opened up to the world in 1980's, the Shanghai Municipal Government, led by the Communist Party of China and the State Council, makes great effort to build the city into an international economic, financial, trade and shipping center. More than 50 "Overseas Returns" Joined in 2 State-owned Enterprises in Overseas Professionals Fair Held in Shanghai Last Month

News came on June 2nd that the overseas professionals showed interests to about 100 jobs offered at the fair at the end of last month, and more than 50 "overseas returns" joined in 2 state-owned enterprises.
As many of the overseas professionals could not come to the fair by themselves, more than 500 parents, relatives or friends were present at the fair. The hosts of this fair, China Huayuan Group and Shanghai Medicine Group, received more than 3000 resumes of senior professionals. Given that some international professionals were absent, so the HR departments of these 2 groups reserved some jobs for them later.
