Shanghai Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau Improves Grain and Oil Relief Standards To Support Those In Difficulty

To help those families in financial difficulties, Shanghai Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau improved the grain and oil relief standards recently. Among all the families that enjoy low-income pension in Shanghai, there are seven types that research oil and grain relief. On the basis of previous standards, now, they will be able to get four kilograms of grain or other grain and oil products with the same value. At the same time, temporary life relief will be given to those families who are in financial difficulty because of the raise of grain and oil price recently. In the future, the relief standards will be adjusted each four months by Shanghai Finance Bureau, Shanghai Grain and Food Bureau and Shanghai Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau in accordance with the market price of grain and oil.
