It was reported from Shanghai Municipal Customers' Right Protection Committee
on June 3 that "12315" Internet complaint handling system has been working more
closely with administrative departments, industrial departments and enterprises
so as to shortened the handling time of complaints. It is respected that most of
the complaints can be "Transmitted within one day. Contacted within three days
and settled within ten days."
It was also reported that ever since "12315" cooperated with Shanghai
Municipal Water Affairs Bureau and Shanghai Municipal Grid and other 11
enterprises on the Internet last May, it is now connected online with 42
enterprises, covering ten industries, including public utility, real estate,
food, automobile and insurance.
