The spokesman of Shanghai municipal government, Jiao Yang, said on the 12th of May that Shanghai would carry out the system of making public on the Net the arrangement of reception of citizens before a visit from May.
According to this system, on the basis of the former system of Thursday-reception date by governmental leaders, the municipal government will pre-arrange the leaders, the time and place to receive citizens for each month, and put those information together with the names of the leaders, their positions and duties on the website of Shanghai municipal government for the citizens' convenience.（http://www.sh.gov.cn/shanghai/node2314/node2319/node10908/index.html） 

We carry out this system for the implementation of Shanghai Municipal Government Publicizing Information Regulations, which is also an important measure to connect the government with the citizens closely. Nowadays, we have officially developed a column of "Complaint Visit Reception" under the column "Publicizing Governmental Administration Information" on the municipal government portal website, where the addresses and reception timetables of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Government, the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the People's Court, the Procuratorate and the Office of Municipal Party Committee dealing with complaint visits, and other information will be made public in details.
