10/29/2004

How to deal with the quality problem of mobile phone? Since September 9, consumers can request for justice through telephone. 17 mobile phone manufacturers in Shanghai stipulated "Provide Creditable Service and Promote the Development" pact in September 8 and agreed to open the "mobile phone hotline" (52411507 or 52412872*81) to accept complaints and answer technical questions.
The parties to the pact promise that when a consumer's mobile phone fails, he/she can dial the "mobile phone hotline" directly and make use of Shanghai Communications Manufacturing Industrial Association, a platform for the communication with manufacturers, to find the reasons. The responsible party must bear the inspection fee and solve the problem in a proper way.
