this month. This system works as a "credit email box" for all 592 registered law
firms, 22 public notary offices and over 140 fundamental legal service offices.
If public send their complains to this box but does not receive a sincere reply
from the organization to be complained, this matter will be recorded into the
credit information system.
The establishment of "credit email box" expands the traditional complaining
ways, letters, telephones and visits. After customers lodge their complaints
through the "credit system in legal service industry", the supervisory
department of Bureau of Justice can check the complaints timely and the system
also can forward the complaints to the credit boxes of relevant law firms and
public notary offices automatically.
The party to be complained must reply the complainer within two weeks since
the lodging of complaint. Such reply will be sent to the email box of relevant
supervisory department, zhiyejiandu@eastday.com, automatically. The supervisory
department will press the party to be complained to reply the complainer timely.
The party who delays the reply without acceptable reasons will be recorded into
the credit information system.
In addition, the archives and award and punishment records of executive
institutions and individuals for legal services are updated timely and can be
acquired from "Credit System for Legal Service Industry". The public can know
the credit of legal service institutions.
Shanghai Bureau of Justice introduces that to link the customers' complaints
with the information system is to set supervisory standards on the executions of
legal service providers and supply credit information to the
public.
