the daily processing capacity of 1.7 million tons. The water quality of Huangpu
River and Suzhou River shall be further improved. Go on with intensifying the
renovation of agricultural pollution. Adjust the distribution of suburb animal /
bird farms completely, reduce the quantity of suburb animal / bird farms in
Shanghai below 1000 in order to minimize the pollution; carry out the
