When applying for the release of information, what should citizens, legal persons and other organizations pay attention to?

In order to enhance the effectiveness of government departments to handle such applications, citizens, legal persons and other organizations should pay attention to the following issues.
Firstly, submit the application directly to the relevant government departments, instead of the municipal or district (county) government. Government at all levels should help citizens, legal persons and other organizations clarify the relevant departments that can provide the information.
Secondly, describe clearly and in detail the government information needed, thus helping the government departments find the media and information efficiently.
Thirdly, do not submit too many applications at one time, otherwise the government will need additional time to handle the application(s).
