What special procedures are needed if citizens, legal persons and other organizations need government information about themselves?

In order to protect the interests of the subject of the information, when applying for government information about business licenses and registrations, tax payments, social security and other information closely related to an individual, citizens, legal persons and other organizations must follow set procedures. Currently, there are two ways.
Firstly, the applicant can submit a written application with his/her ID cards at the relevant government department(s). The written application should include the description of the government information needed and the applicant's signature or stamp.
Secondly, by means of CA online authentication technology (which is already applied in some government departments). With such technology, the identity of the applicant can be checked online and the application can be made online.
