What conveniences should government departments provide while delivering government information according to the requirements of applicants?
(11.14.2007)

The release of government information should follow the principle of on time delivery and convenience provision. While the government information according to the requirements of applicant is being provided, government departments can make available a checking room, other venue or time where the conditions allow applicants to read or make hand-written copies. Government departments can also provide printing and copying services, if required by the applicants. If the applicant chooses to deliver the information by means of post, courier delivery, fax, email or other means, the government departments should deliver according to their requirements. If government departments cannot do so because of technical reasons, it can be provided in a way that relates to the characteristics of the information.
