What is the payment base of medical insurance for Urban Self-employed Professionals and Personal Business Owners and their Employees, and what is the payment ratio?

If a person is currently employed, urban self-employed professionals, personal business owners and their employees shall pay the base of their medical insurance at the same rate as the base of their basic annuity insurance. The payment ratio is 8% for self-employed professionals; 7% for private business owners and the employees paid by the personal business, plus an additional 1% paid by the personal business owners and their employees.

Retired persons do not have to pay for basic annuity insurance.
