How does a participant pay his/her medical expenses with medical insurance in the cases of: a class-A epidemic, family planning/child birth resulting in medical complications, industrial injuries and occupational disease?

All the medical expenses for clinical and emergency treatments, hospitalization or emergency treatment that the employee incurs for a class-A epidemic or family planning/childbirth resulting in medical complications, if it is in compliance with the rules of Basic Medical Insurance, it shall be paid with the Municipal Medical Insurance Fund.

For all hospitalization or emergency treatment medical expenses that the employee incurs for industrial injury and occupational disease, if these are beyond the deductible, 50% of the extra part of the expenses shall be paid with the Municipal Medical Insurance Fund, and the remainder as well as the related clinical and emergency treatment expenses shall be paid by the employee's organization as defined in the State and municipal rules and regulations.
