In what circumstances can an employee benefit from medical insurance?
(02.21.2008)

If an employee and his/her organization have paid the medical insurance fees as required, he/she can benefit from the Basic Medical Insurance; if they haven't paid the fees, he/she cannot benefit from the Basic Medical Insurance.

If the employee and his/her organization haven't paid the Medical Insurance they should have paid, he/she can continue to benefit from the Medical Insurance only after they repay the full fees (the medical expenses occurred during the repay period shall not be settled accordingly).

If the employee and his/her organization have paid the Medical Insurance fees for more than 15 accumulative years (including the year regarded as paying the charge), he/she can benefit from the Basic Medical Insurance after he/she retires.
