How should a person deal with food hygiene problems discovered while eating?
(02.21.2008)

(1) Keep the state of the problematic dish intact and immediately discuss it with the responsible manager in the restaurant;

(2) in the case of the food not being eaten and no health problems occurring, the problem can be solved through a negotiation with the restaurant according to the regulations such as the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, etc.;

(3) collect all related evidence such as the consumption receipt, the invoice, etc., and later related evidence such as the medical history card and the inspection report, etc. This evidence should be preserved in the case of health problems occurring;

(4) once there is a suspected food poisoning, to avoid the unidentifiable condition of the food poisoning out of procrastination, the incident should be immediately reported to the food and drug supervision department to undergo a timely investigation.
