Which types of injuries are regarded as industrial injuries?

1. Immediate death or death after emergency treatment within 48 hours, caused by the attack of a disease during work time and at a work place;

2. An injury caused during the activities protecting the nation's benefits and the public’s benefits, such as rescue or recovery activities;

3. The relapse of an injury which was caused during a war or when the employee was a soldier in the army, and was certified by the wound and disability certificate for active soldiers, even though the relapse occurs whilst the employee is working for a new employer.
