Under what conditions is an injury not recognized or regarded as an industrial injury?

The injury of employees caused by any of the following reasons cannot be recognized or regarded as an industrial injury:

(1) Committing crimes or actions that violate the public security administration measures;

(2) Drunkenness, and/or

(3) self-mutilation or suicide.
