Cost sharing methods

Answer: Generally speaking, the total number of sub-meters of users who are supplied by the master meter of the water supply company is smaller than the reading of the master meter. The difference, therefore, shall be allocated to each sub-meter as stated below:

    1. Sub-meter consumption less than 10m3 water shares 1m3. Those using more than 10m3 share 1/10. e.g.: The sub-meter using 15 m3 water is to share 1.5 m3.

    2. In result of total amount of the master meter consumption divide the total number of cubic meters of sub-meter, as the unit water consumption per cubic meter of sub-meter, multiply the number of cubic meters of household is the payable amount of water fee.

    3. Special circumstances may be consulted by themselves.
