The 10th China-Singapore Young Business Ambassador (YBA) Program Concluded

    The closing ceremony of the 2014 China-Singapore Young Business Ambassador (YBA) Program was held in Shanghai on December 1.

    This year’s YBA program was launched on September 14, with China and Singapore sending to each other’s country 13 Young Business Ambassadors in total, the most in 10 years, for a work stint of 10 weeks. Among the Singaporean participants in the program this year are DBS Bank, Overseas-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, UOB Asset Management, M1 Ltd., SATS Ltd., Sentosa Leisure Management Pte Ltd., while on the Chinese side they are Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Shanghai Electric Group Finance Company Ltd., China Telecom Group Shanghai Co.,Ltd., Shanghai Pudong International Airport Cargo Terminal Co.,Ltd., Shanghai Culture Square and Shanghai Jinjiang International Travel Co.,Ltd.

    The China-Singapore Young Business Ambassador (YBA) Program has been successfully run for 10 years, attracting in total 90 Chinese and Singaporean YBAs (47 from Shanghai and 43 from Singapore). The successful exchange program has been highly commended by both the Young Business Ambassadors and their sending units.
