    Night of Chinese Brands Party honors 40 brand creators

    The Night of Chinese Brands Party was held at Guangfulin International Convention Center yesterday.
    The party was sponsored by Shanghai Economy and Information Technology Commission and Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and Shanghai Municipal Government.
    Trade union members, scholars and municipal government representatives gathered to review Chinese brand development. 
    Forty Chinese brand creators, including founders of the renowned domestic brands Net Ease, Alibaba and JD, were honored at the party. Many of these award winners have invested in the G60 Sci-tech Corridor in Songjiang. 
    Over the years, G60 Corridor has been promoting brand building. It now focuses its efforts on the transform from "Made in Shanghai" to "Created in Shanghai". 
    In the past year, the Corridor has attracted 146.7 billion yuan (US$23.1 billion) investment to support projects in the area, including Haier COSMOPlat digital technology and Guoneng Energy, while setting the goal to further develop emerging industries like AI, biomedicine and IIoT in the future.
