(2) Hong Kong and Macao residents shall provide the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (referred to as "Home Return Permit") or the Hong Kong and Macao Resident Residence Permit corresponding to their individual housing provident fund accounts.

(3) Taiwan residents shall provide the "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents" (referred to as "Taiwan Compatriot Permit") or the Taiwan Resident Residence Permit corresponding to the personal housing provident fund account.

2. The original copy of the application materials for the reason of extraction:

Proof of rescinding or terminating the labor (employment) relationship with the employer.
