My plant uses hazardous chemicals including paints and solvent oil. Do I need to obtain a safe use permit for hazardous chemicals?

According to the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals, in order to better define chemical enterprises and the standard for the consumption of hazardous chemicals, the State Administration of Work Safety issued the Catalogue of Industries subject to the Licensed Safe Use of Hazardous Chemicals and the Quantitative Standards for the Consumption of Hazardous Chemicals. Only those enterprises that meet the both conditions are required to obtain the safe use permit for hazardous chemicals. Other enterprises are not required to obtain the permit.
