1. How many relevant qualification certificates of safety production management personnel, special operation personnel and other certification materials of other practitioners for passing trainings need to be submitted?

All management personnel engaged in the operation of hazardous chemicals in an enterprise shall participate in hazardous chemical knowledge training and assessment, and obtain certification materials for passing the corresponding training. All personnel engaged in special operations shall obtain qualification certificates for special operations.

2. What work safety rules are required to be established if I want to apply for the Permit for Trading in Hazardous Chemicals?

According to Article 6 of the Measures for the Administration of the Permits for Trading in Hazardous Chemicals

(Order No. 55 of the State Administration of Work Safety), an entity engaging in the business operation of hazardous chemicals shall be registered as an enterprise according to law. It shall establish sound work safety rules including the work safety responsibility rules for all personnel, management rules for the purchase and sale of hazardous chemicals, safety management rules for hazardous chemicals (including the fire prevention, anti-explosion, anti-poison and anti-leakage management and so on), safety input guarantee rules, rules for work safety rewards and punishments, rules for work safety education and training, rules for elimination and treatment of hidden troubles, safety risk management rules, emergency management rules, accident management rules, occupational health management rules and so on.

3. What about the consistency of the name of the applicant unit (enterprise)?

The name of the applicant unit (enterprise) shall be the same as the name on the Business License for Enterprise or the Notice for Advance Approval of Enterprise Name issued by the market regulation authorities, so are the name of the applicant unit (enterprise)in the completion acceptance report of the construction projects involving hazardous chemicals, in the safety assessment report and in other relevant documents, as well as in the official seal of the enterprise.
