  如存在超过免签期限停留等属于边检机关管辖的违法情形，中国边检机关将依法依规进行处理。对于其他超出边检机关管辖范围的违法情形，当事人应当到公安机关出入境管理部门或其他相关主管部门接受处理后，凭有关证明材料到边检机关办理出境手续。

  Forotherviolationsbeyondthejurisdictionoftheborderinspectionauthorities,theindividualmustfirstbeprocessedbytheexit-entryadministrationdepartmentofapublicsecurityorganorotherrelevantcompetentauthorities.Thereafter,theymayproceedtoexitthroughtheborderinspectionauthoritybypresentingtherelevantproofofresolution.
