After passing inspection and obtaining the property rights certificate, Shanghai Shanqian Intelligent Technology Co Ltd has successfully settled in Jinshan, marking the city's first industrial project that gets real estate ownership certificate immediately after the construction completes.

The company's intelligent conveying control and logging system project is located in the district's high-tech zone, with a total construction area of approximately 14,300 square meters.

Once put into production, the project will enhance the upgrading of the unmanned system industry in Jinshan.

He Shenghui, Shanqian's general manager, said: "The transitional plant we currently rent is very crowded and cannot meet the production needs. Now, the new plant can be refurnished immediately, saving us nearly five months of time and about 10 million yuan (US$1.37 million) in rental costs."

In order to achieve early production, the district planning and resources bureau "merged" the two approval stages of quality inspection and real estate registration, which shortened the approval time from the original three months to one month.
