Huawei's Qingpu R&D center a modern green innovation base

The main construction of Huawei Qingpu Research and Development Center has been finished and it is expected to be fully completed in early next year.

As a key project in Shanghai and a highlight project of Xicen science and technology innovation center in the Yangtze River Delta region, Huawei Qingpu R&D Center covers an area of 2,400 mu, with a total construction area of 2.06 million square meters.

The center will be built into a composite industrial community integrating offices, research and development pilot test, technology incubation, production services and supporting residential areas. It will be built into Huawei's global innovation base, combining modern workplaces with green ecology.

Currently, the interior and exterior decoration and electromechanical equipment installation of the R&D center are being carried out, and it is expected to be completed in early 2024 and gradually put into use.

The operation of Huawei Qingpu R&D Center will promote the innovation and development of Shanghai's information industry, enhance the construction of new infrastructure and the smart city and inject new vitality into the construction of Shanghai as a globally influential technology innovation center.
