The construction of the Yuantong International Finance and Technology Headquarters in Qingpu District is in full swing and it is expected to achieve underground structural closure on December 15.

The Yuantong headquarters, a key project of Qingpu, is located north of the Panxiang Road station on the extension of Metro Line 2. The project covers an area of 24.9 mu and has a total construction area of 59,209 square meters.

The project is designed for a service life of 50 years. The 17-story Building 1 will be used as offices and some commercial areas after completion. Building 2 is mainly a hotel. Buildings 3 and 4 are mainly equipment rooms. Building 3, with faster progress, is planned to achieve structural topping out on January 20, 2024.

According to the project manager, the building exhibition hall has been completed, with an enterprise project sandbox and a smart construction site system inside.

On the one hand, the smart construction site can achieve visualized and intelligent management of the construction site through the establishment of a corresponding digital and intelligent platform. At the same time, it can also allow the public to intuitively understand the building's design and the characteristics of the surrounding environment through the sandbox.
