The Shanghai Poly Pukai Financial Center has been completed, marking the last major office development in the Lujiazui Financial District.

The project, jointly developed by Poly Development and the Pukai Group, has a total floor area of 400,000 square meters.

The center integrates office space, retail, and the East Pavilion of the Shanghai Museum into a single site. The central plaza connects three 180-meter-tall super-Grade A office buildings, 47,000 square meters of high-end cultural and retail space, and the East Pavilion of the Shanghai Museum, creating a unified cultural and business complex.

The Shanghai Poly Pukai Financial Center also adheres to international green building and ecological office concepts, and has been awarded a Three-Star Green Building Certification and a LEED Gold Pre-Certification.

The completion of the Shanghai Poly Pukai Financial Center will further enhance the supply of quality commercial office space in the Pudong Lujiazui Financial District and further upgrade the regional resource configuration pattern.

At the same time, the project will also work with surrounding cultural facilities to build a new urban cultural space and inject new vitality into Lujiazui.
