The Shanghai Bay Area Computing Power Industry Ecological Incubation Center was officially unveiled recently at the Jinshan Digital Transformation Forum, indicating that Jinshan is making efforts to cultivate the computing power industry as a new engine for regional digital economy growth.

Six companies, including Aliyun Apsara (Shanghai) Network Technology Co Ltd, have signed to settle in the incubation center.

Currently, Jinshan is vigorously building the Shanghai Bay Area Science and Technology Innovation City. As the carrier area of the computing power incubation center, the Shanghai Bay Area Science and Technology Innovation City covers a planned area of about 7.4 square kilometers and it will be built into an ecological and intelligent science and technology innovation city for high-end talent gathering, high-end scientific research integration and innovative achievements transformation.

At the forum, the Jinshan District Computational Chemistry Alliance was officially established. The alliance will provide AI compound synthesis, engineering simulation, and other services to enterprises through algorithm development and model construction technologies.
