Notice on Applying for Exit-Entry Permit for Urgent Needs

Dear Applicants,

In order to continue our service and support for your application of exit-entry permits for urgent needs during the period of containing COVID-19, Exit-Entry Administration of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau notifies you as follows:

Please strictly observe the rules on containing COVID-19 in Shanghai. Our administration will open the green channel for you to apply for the permits for urgent or essential needs for departure including for starting the school semester, visiting patients in severe or critical condition, departure for their funeral or participating in the major programs for fighting against the virus.

For those apply for the permits due to urgent or essential needs, please dial our service hot-line 12367 for information. After initial verification of your application, our staff will reply you to make an appointment for issuing the permits.

If your appointment is settled, please bring your materials and proofs for the application of permits to our administration on the appointed day. Please wear masks appropriately and ensure your personal protection upon arrival at our certificate issuance hall at No. 1500 Minsheng Road, Pudong New Area. Please present your Suishen Health Code, Travel History Code, and negative report of PCR test taken within 24 hours to our staff and cooperate with the on-site body temperature check and other order maintenance measures.
