To provide convenient financial services of credit cards, WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay and other e-payment providers to overseas talents, Bank of China, Bank of Communications, China Merchants Bank, Industrial Bank, and Bank of Shanghai are hereby opening credit card application to qualified Card B holders.
