Personal housing provident fund account is sealed

I. Scope of application:

Where the employee terminates the labor relationship with the unit and has not yet been re-employed, or the employee's labor relationship has moved out of the city, and the unit where the unit of the other province or city has not yet set up a personal housing provident fund account for him, the unit where the employee's personal housing provident fund account is located shall handle the formalities for sealing the personal housing provident fund account for the employee within 30 days from the date of termination of the labor relationship.

If the unit to which the employee's individual housing provident fund account belongs is terminated or cancelled due to merger or division, or the unit is revoked, dissolved or bankrupt, and the employee has not yet been re-employed, the unit or liquidation organization shall handle the formalities for sealing the personal housing provident fund account for the employee before the unit is terminated or cancelled.

II. Application Materials:

1. Fill in and affix the "Shanghai Housing Provident Fund (Supplementary Housing Provident Fund) Sealing List" with the official seal of the unit or the special seal of the housing provident fund business;

2. Where the employee terminates the labor relationship with the unit and has not yet been re-employed, or the employee's labor relationship has moved out of the city, and the unit where the unit of the other province or city has not set up a personal housing provident fund account for him, provide a copy of the valid proof of the termination of the labor relationship between the unit and the employee with the unit's seal. The content of the supporting materials shall include elements such as the employee's name, ID number, employment time, and resignation time. Where a unit is terminated or cancelled due to merger or division, and the employee has not yet been re-employed, provide proof materials such as resolutions and approvals for the merger or division of the unit; Where the unit is revoked and the employee has not yet been re-employed, provide the legal documents and other supporting materials that the unit has been revoked in accordance with law; Where the unit is dissolved and the employee has not yet been re-employed, provide the company's articles of association, resolutions, legal documents and other supporting materials for the dissolution of the unit; Where the unit is declared bankrupt and the employee has not yet been re-employed, the legal documents declared bankrupt by the people's court shall be provided.

3. If the applicant unit is in arrears, it shall confirm the payment situation of the unit and individual, in addition to providing the corresponding information with the above situation, the unit shall also provide the labor contract of the employee, the labor manual, the wage base certificate, the unit supplementary payment list and other supporting materials.

V. Precautions:

The "Shanghai Provident Fund" mobile client is suitable for units with 30 people and less without supplementary housing provident fund accounts, and can log in using an electronic business license.
