I. Scope of application:

Units that want to remit housing provident funds for individuals who are in the state of sealing and suspension of payment shall go through the procedures for unsealing individual accounts.

II.Application Requirements：

Completed and affixed with the official seal of the unit or the special seal for housing provident fund business in duplicate "Shanghai Housing Provident Fund Remittance Change List".

III.Service mode:

Offline：The housing provident fund business branch of China Construction Bank in the place where the unit housing provident fund account is located.

Online: www.shgjj.com、"Shanghai Provident Fund" mobile client, "One Netcom Office" PC client

IV. The processing time limit:

In the case of complete procedures, no more than 3 working days.

V.Note:

When the personal housing provident fund account is transferred to the new unit, the new unit should go through the unsealing procedures in time, and pay the housing provident fund for the employees as required. If the personal housing provident fund account is transferred to a new unit and has not been opened for more than 6 months, the account will automatically resume normal payment.

The "Shanghai Provident Fund" mobile app is suitable for units with 30 or less people who do not have supplementary housing provident fund accounts, and can log in with an electronic business license.
