Withdraw loan repayment application

1. Scope of application:

Employees who have contributed to provident fund in this city who purchase the city's own housing through housing provident fund personal housing loan, housing portfolio loan or commercial housing loan may apply to withdraw the balance of the provident fund account to repay the housing loan (hereinafter referred to as "withdrawal and repayment").

2. Service conditions:

1. Borrowers who purchase housing with ownership in this city through provident fund personal housing loans, housing portfolio loans or commercial housing loans can apply for withdrawal and repayment of the loan;

2. The borrower and repayer are employees who have paid and deposited the housing provident fund for the city, including those who voluntarily contributed, and the provident fund account is unique and has not been frozen;

3. The withdrawal and repayment party has no unterminated housing provident fund withdrawal agreement (including but not limited to housing provident fund withdrawal and loan agreement, housing provident fund withdrawal and payment of rent agreement, and other housing consumption withdrawal agreements, etc.);

4. The loan to be withdrawn for repayment has been repaid normally for one period ;

5. Except for the loan to be applied for withdrawal and repayment, there is no provident fund loan that is being processed or being repaid ;

6. When the loan is withdrawn, the housing provident fund loan shall be repaid in priority;

7. How to withdraw and repay the loan:

(1) Monthly repayment method (referred to as "monthly charge") - the method of withdrawing from the account of the borrower's housing provident fund for repaying the principal and interest of the current month's housing loan;

(2) One-off repayment method (referred to as "annual offset") - a method in which the participants who participate in the withdrawal and repayment of the loan withdraw the housing provident fund balance once a year to repay the loan, recalculate the monthly repayment amount and continue to repay the loan monthly. The housing provident fund can only be withdrawn once a year for loan repayment (according to the agreed batches in April or September).

8. The operation time of loan withdrawal and repayment will be announced by the Shanghai Provident Fund Management  on the official provident fund website and WeChat public account at the beginning of each month , or you may consult the lending institution.

9. Scope of persons participating in loan withdrawal and repayment:

(1) Purchase of ordinary commercial housing: the borrower, his spouse, and the borrower's immediate blood relatives.

(2) Purchasing housing with shared property rights: In addition to the borrower, his spouse, and the borrower's immediate blood relatives, the borrower can also apply for the withdrawal of the borrower's siblings' housing provident fund account to repay the provident fund loan.

(3) When applying for a pure provident fund loan or a combined loan to withdraw and repay the loan, the borrower must participate in the withdrawal and repayment and be the first-order repayment obligor;

10. Other conditions stipulated by the Municipal Provident Fund Management Committee or the Municipal Provident Fund .

3. Application materials:

1. Proof of identity: the original ID card of the borrower and the borrower; people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should provide the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, the Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or the original residence permit for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan residents; Authorities should provide their original passports and their Chinese translations with their signatures ; Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreigners should provide domestic contact information (name, ID number and contact information) and ID documents.

2. Proof of relationship: marriage certificate or household register. Married persons from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who have not registered their marriage in the Mainland (Mainland) shall provide the original and photocopy of the marriage certificate notarized by the notary office in their place of residence (Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan). details of family members); if a marriage is registered overseas, a marriage certificate issued by a notary office or competent authority in the country where you are located and authenticated by the embassy (consulate) of the People's Republic of China in that country or the embassy (consulate) of that country in China should be provided. The original and photocopy, if it is a foreign language version, should provide the original and photocopy of the translation issued by a regular translation agency.

3. For commercial housing loans, commercial housing loan contracts, loan vouchers, and any repayment vouchers must be provided.

The place where pure provident fund loans and portfolio loans are handled is the branch of the original lending bank;

Commercial housing loans are handled at the outlets designated by the original loan bank.

Borrowers, drawers and repayers. If you are unable to be present, you need to provide a notarization certificate of entrustment issued by a notary office (the relevant entrustment matters should be specified in the notarization certificate) and the original identity certificate of the trustee.

6. Time limit for processing:

Completed application documents will be processed on the spot.

Seven, matters needing attention:

In the following circumstances, the Provident Fund  has the right to unilaterally terminate the borrower's entrustment of borrowing and repayment:

(1) The provident fund account of the borrower is frozen by the court;

(2) The borrower provides false information to apply for borrowing and repayment;

(3) There are other situations where the borrower is restricted from drawing by laws, regulations, rules or other competent authorities.
